Crime Management Services is a management consulting firm that specialises in helping organisations deal with risks which emanate from criminal or terrorist activity. Such risks and events can affect organisations in various ways, ranging from losses of product or cash, damage to corporate assets, injury and trauma of employees, to direct loss of contracts and profits. In certain cases negative impact on share value can result. In most cases the management of situations involving such risks and events is outside the experience even of senior company officers and directors.

Our philosophy is to establish crime and terrorism risk management as a core business function within our client organisations, through the adaptation and implementation of established and proven business methodologies and academic research practices. Traditionally, many organisations have turned to security products and services to help reduce crime or terrorist risks. However, this is often done peripherally within organisations, and is not designed to be a core activity like production, marketing or human resources. Our fundamental philosophy is that organisations must look to crime and terrorist risk solutions which are:

- manageable by and within their existing corporate structures,

- encompass the appropriate use of reliable technology, human resources, physical and procedural security and
